Payment Terms = 50% in advance, remainder at time of service

• The Estimate from this website will be adjusted by the actual number of SIGNATURES notarized and the actual recorded round trip mileage traveled to and from the signing. The estimate is not binding.
• 50% of estimate due upon booking the appointment after approval.
• The remainder (i.e. the invoiced amount less the 50% of the estimate already paid) is due at the time and place that the appointment is completed.
• Payment accepted by Debit card, credit card, CashApp, PayPal, check

What to Bring to the Signing Session

Each person who will have their signature notarized on a document should provide a valid government-issued photo-ID such as a driver’s license, TSA Pre-check, or passport. Valid ID’s from other countries that bear a photograph are also suitable.

If a person only has a non-government ID’s with a photo such as school or work ID’s, this will require the notary to administer and notarize a quick confirmation from someone present at the signing session who knows the person. A person with no ID (e.g., a minor) will also require a confirmation at the signing session.

• Please plan to arrive on or before the time you have been asked to appear. No one wants to keep others waiting.
• If you should be unable to appear, you MUST inform the organizer of the signing session.
• Recording of the signing session is permitted only if *_everyone_* present gives their consent.
• Please refrain from smoking vaping or tobacco use during the session. Be mindful of strong perfumes as they may cause discomfort.
